1. How long does shipping take within Australia? +
Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. All products are printed locally in Australia to avoid international delays.
2. What materials do you use for your clothing? +
We use high-quality fabrics like Gildan 64000 (100% ring-spun cotton) for our t-shirts. Soft, breathable, and long-lasting — perfect for daily wear or bold street styling.
3. Are your designs limited edition? +
Yes! Most Excelux drops are limited runs. Once a design sells out, it may not return — so grab your favorite pieces while they're available.
4. Is the fabric soft and breathable? +
Absolutely! We only use premium quality cotton and blended fabrics that are lightweight, breathable, and skin-friendly — perfect for all-day wear.
5. Are your prints long-lasting? +
Yes! We use fade-resistant, water-based inks that are soft to the touch but highly durable. With proper care (cold wash, inside out), your design will stay vibrant for years.
6. Are your products eco-friendly? +
Yes. Our production is made-to-order, which reduces waste. We also use water-based inks and work with local print partners to lower carbon emissions from shipping.
7. What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and most other major payment methods. All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted.
8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? +
If your order hasn't gone into production, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Contact us within 2 hours of ordering at exceluxnetwork@gmail.com. After 2 hours we are not able to cancel your order.
9. Is my personal information secure? +
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and follows strict data protection standards, so your personal and payment details are always safe.
