Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your ExceLux purchase! As our products are made-to-order through print-on-demand services, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective, Return and Refund Policy

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number at *exceluxnetwork@gmail.com*. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

*Note:*  
- We do not refund for customer errors (e.g. wrong size, wrong shipping address).
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.

We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting the above conditions.
